Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your trainer must be notified of cancellation 48 hours in advance of scheduled sessions to receive a full refund. Cancellations made without 48 hours notice will receive 50% refund and less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund. You must receive verbal confirmation of cancellation from the trainer. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment you will be charged for the full session. TARDINESS POLICY: Clients are expected to begin training at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: All weather cancellations will be rescheduled as soon as available and if no time slot is available with a 4 weeks of the canceled session, a refund will be issued. Weather cancellations are solely up to the discretion of the trainer. The player must show up to the session unless cancelled by the trainer or no refund will be given.
